We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to contribute to the high standard of care we provide in our nursing home located in Surrey.

Location: Surrey

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess the health status of residents, reporting changes to the appropriate medical personnel.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.

Qualifications:

• Valid PIN number
• Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a nursing home setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to resident-centered care.
