Clinical Lead – Nursing Home | Barton-on-Sea

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead to join a well-established nursing home in Barton-on-Sea.
Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift: Primarily day shifts, with flexibility to cover both day and night shifts when required

Requirements
Valid NMC registration
Previous nursing home experience
Clinical leadership experience preferred
Flexible and willing to cover both day and night shifts
Strong leadership, communication and clinical skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
